Site is laid out well, easy to navigate and attractive. Having the stack overflow message pop up on every page is annoying. I hope you get that resolved quickly.
Will visitors be able to refine their search or sort by a choice of criteria? Having to look through all 4700 entries for Collin county would probably scare most of them off.

Your website provides a lot of information on foreclosures. I like the sidebar of different categories regarding foreclosures. The website is neat and concise.

I am in NJ. I work pretty much the whole state and am very interested.
It’s a good looking site and easy to navigate. The link was broken when I clicked on the map by state location. The rest of the site seemed to work fine. I was concerned about the date of the listings and are they still available. Many foreclosure sites promote these listings only to find out they’re no longer available when the consumer contacts an agent.
Site looks good, map link worked, good list of foreclosures. I hope this site is very popular and we get lots of leads. Thank you.

I noticed you didn’t have Washington State on the map. Is that because you have no Realtors there? I am a Realtor and would love to participate on your site.
By the way, the word Realtor should be capitalized and should have the little R in the circle as it is a registered trade mark. Not all agents or brokers are Realtors (wish I could make the R symbol!). In Washington state, about 1/2 of all licensees are Realtors. Are you checking to be sure all of the agents and brokers who sign up on your site are really Realtors?
Other ideas were to see more listings on the page and be able to search by price or location. I think it has the makings of a great site.
